About Me:Hannah graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing arts and she started practicing yoga in 2017. She completed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. Hannah is grateful to meet yoga in her life, the practice purified and cleansed both her mind and body. She believes that we will have a better understanding of ourselves through the yoga practice.

Janice has more than 10 years’ experience in dance, gymnastics and cheerleading. She started her yoga journey in 2019 and completed RYT200, Wheel Yoga and Aerial Yoga Teacher Training.
Sik Yi believes that Yoga is not only a WORK-OUT but also a WORK-IN, It teaches us to open our hearts and focus on the present.

Kylie has started her yoga journey since 2016. Taking yoga lessons allowed her to get away from the busy school life and soon she became a passionate yogi. After practicing yoga, she felt more relaxed and had better work-life balance. This made her more determined to become a yoga teacher to share this positive energy. She finished her 200-hour teacher training and aerial yoga teacher training in 2020. Besides, she finished her wheel yoga teacher training and kids yoga teacher training in 2021. Kylie believes yoga is all about balance, balance between physical and mental health , as well as strength and flexibility. Her classes are powerful and energetic. In her lessons, she mainly focuses on guidance and alignment to provide a blissful and safe yoga experience to all comers. She hopes all yoga practitioners can feel peaceful from the hustle and bustle by enjoying yoga.

Her objective in the classroom is to spread the beauty of yoga posture together with her knowledge in anatomy and yogic principle, so that students leave each class feeling refreshed and motivated.
