Sharon’s goal as yoga instructor is to pass the message “To let go and live in the moment.”, just enjoy your practise in yoga mat. She leads her class in alignment-based, stress-free and energetic. Sharon believes that Yoga isn’t just physical exercise, it’s a way of life, she always encourage her students on inner awareness.

Qualifications: RYT200, Aerial Yoga level 1 & 2, Backcare 20 hours, Wheel yoga 20 hours, Aroma Yoga 20 hours, Yoga Therapy 85 hours
