Having visited India for her yoga teacher training, the experience opened a new perspective for Elle on the importance of self-love and mental health.
Living in a city that has a lot going on and is demanding, we tend to ignore our own feelings and accumulate many emotional blockages. Elle believes in a yoga system that explores the inner self, to face our true feelings, accept who we are, and learn how to heal ourselves by this philosophy.
“There is no better or worse, but only you feel right or not” is a quote that Elle believes in and always sets this intention to live. We are not comparing but feeling in our own bodies and minds.
