LATE POLICY
According to our Terms & Conditions, all classes start on time and students will NOT be allowed in once class starts. Late students will cause a nuisance to others who are on time. Skipping the warm-up at the start of the session might causes injury to students. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow yourself ample time to check-in and prepare for class.
Cancellations/No Shows
Classes will be cancelled if there are less than 2 attendants. Attendants will be notified if the class is cancelled four hours prior to class start time.
Cancellations must be done at least four hours prior to class start time in order to receive class credit back into your account. The cancellation window is before 9 pm the night before for morning classes before 11:30 am.
If you are on a class pack and do not show up, one class will be deducted from your package. If you are on an unlimited pack and pre-booked a class but failed to attend a booked class, you will be charged a late cancel/no-show fee of HK$300; repeat offenders will be charged a progressive rate.

We accept credit card (American Express/ MasterCard/ UnionPay/ Visa), Bank Transfer, Cash, FPS, PayMe, Octopus.
Return & Refund Policy
No refunds and exchanges for any class packages and/or products and/or services will be provided.
Weather Policy
When Typhoon Signal No.8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is in force by the Hong Kong Observatory, the below studio opening/closing policy will be enforced:
The studio will remain closed if Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted before studio opening hours and will re-open within 4 hours of the signal being lowered.
The studio will be closed immediately upon hoisting of Typhoon Signal No.8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal during studio opening hours.
The classes will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal No.8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted 4 hours prior to the classes.
